Zhejiang Truelove Blanket Technology Co.,Ltd is located in Suxi High-tech Industrial Zone, Yiwu City, renowned as the global capital of small commodities, this facility spans 170 mu and has an investment exceeding RMB 1.5 billion. It represents the cutting-edge standard of the global blanket industry 4.0 as a future factory and has been honored with the title of National 5G Factory, marking it as an intelligent enterprise in China that has achieved digitization and informatization across all equipment. Currently, the production base boasts 20 industry-leading texturing machines, 216 warp knitting machines, 8 intelligent blanket dyeing and finishing lines, and employs over 650 people. Additionally, it has established a large-scale automatic logistics system equipped with comprehensive logistics facilities within the industry. Since its official commissioning in 2024, Zhejiang Truelove Blanket Technology Co., Ltd. has achieved an annual production capacity of 35,000 tons for the first phase, with a future capacity of up to 70,000 tons. It stands as an advanced, intelligent, and high-capacity blanket production base on a global scale.
